From beginners to experience riders, there is someone for everyone

In Kenya, there are a number of people who teach horseback riding and give lessons. Since they hardly advertise this fact, it is often difficult to know who they are and how to contact them. The secretary at the HAK office can give you information about our known instructors.  There are also a number riding schools all over Kenya – a list can be obtained from our Office Secretary.  Once you become part of the ‘scene’ you can decide for yourself who you would like to teach you.

At the HAK, we have a list of recognised Riding Schools, Instructors and Trainers. If you are looking, please get in touch with the office for more information - We will point you to the right direction.

The Riding Schools are: Northlands (Ruiru), 3D Equus (Karen), Hardy Stud (Langata), Forward Equestrian (Kitisuru), New Muthagia Stables (New Muthagia), Xina Stables (Ridgeways), Monica’s Stables (Maanzoni) and Everything Altitude (Burguret-Nanyuki).

Our Instructors and Trainers are: Mrs. Susie Nann (Karen), Ms. Anna Slabbaert (Dressage trainer for beginners to top level), Mrs. Gill Edwards (Karen), Mrs. Monica Campori (Maanzoni) and Mrs. Karen Mousley (Naivasha).
